DELIVERY TIMES

Depending on your home country, delivery times may vary:

 

Germany:                         1 - 3 working days, after shipping
Europe:                            2 - 7 working days, after shipping
Rest of the world:             7 - 14 working days, after shipping
  
Note: A 'working day' includes Monday to Friday, and does not include Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday will be collected on the next working day; the delivery times shown above will then commence from the day of shipping the new artwork to your home. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your shipping tracking information.

  


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
 
Yes, we ship internationally!

 

Please note that local customs and import taxes may apply when you're shopping from a location outside EU. Any local taxes or import duties are not included in the product prices unless otherwise stated. These costs are solely the buyer's responsibility and cannot be used as cause of return.

 

The exact delivery times for destinations outside Germany are intended as a reliable guide, but are not guaranteed. We cannot take responsibility for delays out of our control such as customs delays etc.

 

Please check if your country is on the list during checkout, otherwise contact us and we are happy to set it up for you. 

 

 

 

P.O BOXES

 

We are unable to ship to P.O Boxes for liability and insurance reasons. Please provide your full daytime delivery address as well as a contact phone number to ensure smooth delivery. 

 

 


DAMAGED PRODUCTS OR PARCELS
 
If you notice any damage to your parcel / package when receiving it, this MUST be noted on the delivery note (when you sign for your package). Please document all damages; include pictures of the outside packaging and the damaged product in an email to us. Without images of both product and packaging, we will not be able to issue a refund or replace your product. 
 


 
UNDELIVERED ORDERS
 
Our shipping partners will attempt several deliveries, but if your order is returned to us through no fault of our own, you will be responsible for the extra delivery costs to cover the second delivery attempt, before we can send your order back out to you.
 
If you refuse to accept the delivery, the package will be returned to us. If you wish a refund, you will still need to notify us. In this case, shipping costs or other fees will not be returned.

 

 

 

CHANGE SHIPPING ADDRESS
 
Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to redirect it. Once the package is marked as 'delivered' by carrier, 
we are not responsible for the package. Please ensure the correct address is entered at time of order.

 

 

  

RETURNS

 

Yes, we take returned items! If you change your mind, or the product you received is not what you've expected, you can return your unused item(s) within 14 calendar days once you've received your order.

  • Please contact us before returning any items.
  • Products are to be returned in original, undamaged condition and packaging. No tape is to be attached to the product.
  • Please enclose a note of your order number so we're able to identify your parcel once we receive it.
  • The costs of the returned item(s) have to be paid by the costumer.
  • Refunds are issued within 1-2 working days of your return arriving with us. Please allow a few working days for the payment to clear back into your account.  
  • We'll confirm with you via email once your return has been processed, keep an eye on your junk mail, just in case! 

Please note: We are not able to take returns on framed items. Once you've placed an order for a framed item, we immediately place the order for your art to our framer. Therefore, we are not able to apply the return policy. 

 

If a returned item is shipped internationally, mark it as 'returned goods' to avoid any customs charges. We are not responsible for any charges imposed on packages returned by customs. When returned items are received in accordance to the above criteria, we will refund the value of your order. The refund will be processed through the same payment method you used to make your original purchase.
